Upon ordering, you will be sent an email with a list of rug design options that you must choose from and a complimentary consultation going over color ways and confirmation on spelling and language. Only after the consultation will the piece then go into production.
Item will be shipped no more than 4 weeks after design is finalized!
Once the design is finalized, there will be no refunds.
